Gluten free, dairy free, and genuinely delicious.

We stock a range of these beautiful @noniesfood artisan breads in store, and they are proof that gluten free baking does not need to be dry, bland or disappointing.

Made in small batches with thoughtful, quality ingredients like organic flour, seeds, whole grains, dried fruit, free range eggs and honey, these loaves are crafted with real care. No gums, no preservatives, and no unnecessary extras.

If you’ve been let down by gluten free bread before, this might be the one that changes your mind.

Which vegetable did you absolutely refuse to eat as a kid… but now happily buy yourself?

Cabbage?
Beetroot?
Brussels sprouts?
Spinach?
Something even more controversial?

Funny how adulthood apparently comes with a sudden appreciation for vegetables. 😅 Tell us yours below.

Picking the perfect avocado shouldn’t feel like a gamble.

Too firm, too soft, somehow both at once… we’ve all been there.

So we’ve put together a quick guide to help you choose the right avo for tonight, later in the week, or whenever your toast plans are happening.

And if you’re still not sure, just ask our fruit & veg team. They do this all day. 😄

Save this one for your next shop.

If you love buttery pasta, @cozykitchenbysom says you NEED this one in your life. 🧈🍝

Silky garlic butter sauce, al dente pasta and plenty of Parmesan, made with just a handful of simple ingredients.

Butter Garlic Pasta

Ingredients

* 100g pasta, boiled al dente (about 8 minutes)
* 4 small cubes butter
* 2 garlic cloves, sliced
* 1 small ladle pasta water
* A handful of parsley, chopped
* A handful of Parmesan cheese
* Salt, to taste

Method
Melt 1 cube of butter in a pan and add the sliced garlic. Add 1 small ladle of pasta water and stir for a minute.
